The Mayor's assistant

He's a member of a extra-dimensional race of humanoids. In some cultures, females of this race are called Succubus and males are called Incubus. There are said to be many such creatures in the plane which Garidan occupies.

He is pictured to the right in his natural body. He can conceal his foreign features and appear in any humanoid form. He can't mimic or duplicate specific individuals, but only appear as a unique person of that species or race. He will always appear as an attractive and friendly male, no matter what the race he is emulating.

He can Hypnotize and Charm Person at will, but he considers this crude and will always try to negotiate or coerce people with words alone. He can suppress his aura so it doesn't resonate evil. Additional, he is only harmed by magical weapons and can regenerate 3 hit points per round. By looking into someone's eyes, he can cast a Fear spell three times a day. He disdains magical spells and fighting, but acknowledges them as a necessary crudity. He has spell casting ability of a 10th level mage and fighting ability of a 10th level fighter. Once a week he can become ethereal and planewalk. Both take a lot out of him and he will only use them in case of extreme emergency. Because his powers have a demonic feel and look, he is reluctant to use them for fear of revealing his true nature.

Just exactly what his ends are is not clear. He would like move the good-hearted mayor toward darkness and evil and in so doing, grab all of Garidan. But he has also aided good creatures and has never broken his word -- he bent it, but never broke it. He will also obey any order by the Mayor.
